Middle Township - I think motel owners should be responsible for their tenants. They sure have no problem collecting the money the taxpayers pay for their tenants. If I rent my property, I am responsible for the occupants and get fined if they get noisy, and fined if the fire department gets a false alarm. Why are we paying for these subsidies and paying to act as security?
