Middle Township - I recently read where there have been incidents of seagulls being killed. I understand they can be a nuisance, but if it is against the law to kill them, why isn't anything being done to these people? I know the one was a 10 year old, but still!! Is there a fine if you do kill them? If not, perhaps there should be ,especially if you can't do anything to a kid!
