What is antiquated is the leadership of Cape May County. If you want to see some antiquated projects, take a ride down Sea Isle Blvd., now in its third year and probably three more years before any chance of being completed. Smart, modern engineers would realize the project wasn't needed and if it was needed, it would have been completed much more efficiently and faster.
