Middle Township - I have lived in a lot of places in the past few years, and have never seen a prosecutor pick and choose the cases they want to prosecute. Where we came from, in another part of the state, the judge is the one who tells whether to prosecute when there is probable cause. At that point, the prosecutor is deemed to prosecute the case. I don't know if we are naive or if this is just the way they do it in Middle Township. Is this legal? When talking to the county prosecutor's office about this, I was told there have been complaints. Can someone who cares check it out?
