Middle Township - I do not know Frank Toth, but I am hoping he is a nice, honest person. He lives in Middle, works in Lower and his campaign is run out of Wildwood. He says he is not a politician who is obedient to party bosses but on the flyer, he is surrounded by the "party" and "the boss" who has been around since forever who does not even live in Middle Twp.
