I cannot believe that someone would hold a grudge against a tech

Middle Township - I cannot believe that someone would hold a grudge against a tech graduate for moving out of county. What young person can afford to live here! What if they received a fantastic education and were offered a great job opportunity somewhere else. These poor kids can’t win in some people’s eyes and neither can the schools.
