Middle Township - I, can’t believe it, while texting about pet owners, excuse me, irresponsible pet owners, someone was walking their dog and crapped on the road along side the marsh road from my house and just walked away, no pooper bagged! 50 feet from tidal waters. Here’s the topper there are pooper bag containers posted and he just walked on by, I’m pretty sure their is a municipal ordinate in this town. Why? Are we spending millions of dollars for tourism, just to have irresponsible pet owners, do this, and very possibly have the beaches closed, people are lazy and fat cats that don’t care.
