Middle Township - As I am a retail employee who works locally in the county, I am glad I did not quit my job for higher wages. Recently, they have raised our hourly wages again. Twice in less than a year. Too bad for the people I worked with who left for a different competitor. They lost all of those benefits and weeks of vacation time. The retailer I work for is the highest paid hourly wage now out of our competitors. I'm glad I took management advice and told me to stick it out. Thank you.
