Middle Township - I am reading a number of spouts about the insurance tax on teachers' health plans and, yes, this is due to the ACA for those who are not aware. I do know that a number of school districts do not have to pay the tax and a number are paying the tax, and it's understandable when you have a small state with over 500 school districts. This is a topic that should probably be discussed at the annual teacher's convention next month if you don't go on vacation instead. Either way, for those who are paying the tax, I highly suggest you speak to a district that is not paying the tax for a quicker answer.
