How come the Middle Township Schools don’t allow parents to writ

Middle Township - How come the Middle Township Schools don’t allow parents to write in for teacher of the year? I have seen other districts locally do that. There are several teachers in the upper grades that deserve the recognition. I think district wide parents would love to do that and show the positive praise for educators, rather than always sports.
