Glad to see that something is being done with the former Kmart p

Middle Township - Glad to see that something is being done with the former Kmart property in Rio Grande, but did the county need to spend taxpayers' money for it when there was another bidder for the property? Is it wise to put a bar and beer garden in the same location where people with problems with addiction go to get county help?
