Middle Township - Former Middle Township Mayor Dan Lockwood is 100 percent correct about the new liquor license. At the April 15 Middle Township Committee meeting he stated, "It is a free market." Many residents and taxpayers totally agree with him. It is not the responsibility of committee to increase the value of the existing licenses.
