To include $12.7 million for the construction of a government services complex and $4.2 million for improvements to the County Commons, formerly the Rio Mall. What government services will be in the $12.7 million dollar building and why does the county need $4.2 million dollars for improvements on a brand new $19 million dollar building. The commissioners have an open checkbook with taxpayers money.
