Either they have to do something with their volunteer staffing, or they have to completely abandon it and acquire a paid/part-time paid staff to provide EMS coverage when they are staffed. There are too many highways and ALS calls in Middle Township to continue to rely on Stone Harbor or Lower Township to respond, because the first aid squad can't get a full crew.
