Middle Township - Coaches and nepotism. Response: I wrote about varsity level sports, not 3rd grade-JV. "Dedication to the sport and the program" is egotistical garbage and meaningless on a high school level. These aren't college or paid professional players. But somehow, the "most important part"? Yes, work is involved in coaching. That's why coaches are paid. The idea that coaches demand more of their own children, maybe. But playing time is the key to improvement. Women should coach girls' sports. Men have no concept of the emotions of teenage girls. Just saying ... Discussion for another time.
