Middle Township - To Chief Leusner, I was just issued a couple of summons for speeding and some other citations. I have video evidence of your officers failing to comply with traffic laws. Flying up and down the street with no lights on in the morning hours thinking no one is watching, failure to use blinkers, talking on their phones, oh and not to mention tailgating and turning their lights on to rush through a red light. Are they above the law? They enforce the laws, yet don’t comply with them. While the local citizens are forced to pay court fees, tickets, and insurance rates go up.
