Middle Township - Cape May county could have had a medical cannabis dispensary years ago but the same old politicians suffer with the loser mentality of not in my backyard syndrome. That same medical cannabis dispensary could have been up and running with recreational cannabis sales already. The patience has run out for county residents and has been turned into total discrimination for medical and recreational cannabis users in this county.
