I, requested that document from my district Congressman, later, I, received the rather large pages document along with a drafted personal signed letter from that Congressman, personal thanking me for bringing this to his attention, to summarize that main content, just 1 child more of 17 school children in each class, each child loses a large % of the education that that teacher is trying to teach to their students. if you have children attending school now, should be alarming.
