Anyone else tired of Middle Township sending threatening letters

Middle Township - Anyone else tired of Middle Township sending threatening letters to your home if you're two weeks late on a water, sewer or tax bill? I've been out of town. Paid bill as soon as I got back. I'm still receiving letters! But then again, if you ask them to fix bad pavement, pick up debris in front of your home, etc., it's months, if at all!
