Now, Trump will face criminal charges and several Senators who didn't vote to convict will now be called, under oath, to testify about the illegal conduct of this ex-President. While Mitch McConnell voted to acquit he did say Trump faces extensive criminal liability in multiple jurisdictions. Trump also faces substantial liability in multiple venues where he faces Civil Liability.
