Why is it such a problem when a citizen in this county signs a complaint against a criminal? When you go to court, you are treated like the criminal instead of a taxpaying, law-abiding citizen. This Cape May County municipal court system is exactly what a justice system should not be. When the prosecutors want to make a charge of their own stick, that's the end of it, you will be prosecuted. There has been complaint after complaint and it does not stop. Why does the county prosecutor's office look the other way? Because they know each other.
