When we were growing up in the 70's and 80's, we were taught to respect and obey police officers. We believe this is the way things should be now, but how do you teach this wisdom to your kids and grandkids when there are problems with police departments in this country all over the news and papers? Start holding the superiors responsible and force them to police their own to do right, then police the people.
