When Tech replaced the Vocational School it became an 'elite' school! Many students were denied admissions as they weren't 'up to' the grade! I always felt it was wrong as many kids need training in a trade as that is what they are going to do. If there were more? any? big businesses down here maybe an 'elite' school would be needed.
