The traffic lights at the GSP Exit 10/Stone Harbor Boulevard intersection are programmed backward. They are green way longer for the ramp direction than the Stone Harbor Boulevard direction. The lights need to be programmed the opposite way unless you want to continue the traffic back-up that has plagued this intersection for years.
