Tim Donohue is correct in saying that they should be increasing the pay of their employees. Quick turnaround never looks good and keeping the employees that we all know and know what they're doing is what we need. We don't need to have our township hiring people wasting money training them, and then have them leave. Give your employees raises and show them how much they are appreciated. They are always pleasant to me when I go to town hall.
