The state needs to use eminent domain to save that 100 acre property from being destroyed by a 340 home development. The last thing we need is another 340 new homes consuming more water, generating more sewage, putting more cars in the road. Oh our taxes are going to go up. 100 acres of wildlife habitat should not be lost because the township decided to get in the land developing business, using our $ to buy land just to sell it developers. MT government couldn’t be any worse.
