The speed limit on Stone Harbor Blvd never should have been lowered just because some new houses went up. The new speed limit is ridiculously low. People are justified not to follow it. Middle needs to stop allowing new homes to be built along that road. Roads going into barrier islands shouldn't have any homes along it all, like Sea Isle and North Wildwood Blvds.
