The public service memorial across from the county park is embarrassing. Tons of weeds, unkempt and very unappealing. There are at least 3 trees on the site that are totally dead. I've seen park workers mowing it but who is responsible for the care and maintenance of the beds? We also noticed that the flowers are all dead at the entrance to the military cemetery near the jail. They redid the brick and entrance but the flowers are shameful.
