My niece told me that one of her teachers at MTHS spent time in class saying that she was going to “look for another job” because she was disgusted that residents voted against the bond referendum. First, please make good on that threat ASAP. I’m sure berating taxpayers about the bond referendum is not in the curriculum and wasn’t in the lesson plans you submitted. Stick to doing your job. Secondly, if you don’t respect the democratic process I’m happy to see you move on. Third, no less than 3 MT teachers told me they voted against the measure so your opinion not shared by all teachers.
