Middle Township schools would be so much better if the Marzano teacher evaluation process was thrown in the trash where it belongs, and if administrators stopped undermining and micromanaging teachers in every way. Teachers want the administrators to back them up when dealing with problem students and hostile parents who produced them, not to throw them under the bus. Teachers are reluctant to write discipline referrals or fail students out of fear of administrator pressure and undermining. MTHS and MTMS would be better if they drove out the problem students.
