Middle Township Public Works: A worker was seen pulled over in front of a house with a company vehicle on Goshen / Swainton Rd. June 16. This public works employee was there for approx. one hour. I didn't know that public works can take over a half hour for lunch or take company vehicles to friend's homes for lunch. This was not a company call due to there was no work being done.
