Middle Township is overdeveloped enough as it is. Traffic is getting bad because there are too many people here now. The last thing we need is any more housing developments. Middle Township should sell the 100 acres it bought with our tax dollars & without our permission to the Green Acres program or the Open Spaces program and preserve the land, not develop it. Preserving the land will not only save open space from being destroyed but will prevent or reduce tax increases that new development always results in. No one believes building on 100 acres will lower our taxes.
