Maybe if local government stopped catering to seasonal business owners, many of whom make their permanent homes in other states, and instead supported folks to create businesses that operate year round; the quality of life would greatly improve in this beautiful area. Seems shameful to over develop and pave over everything just for a few months a year. It seems like the powers that be won't be satisfied until the entire area is destroyed.
