Many local schools have had the Marzano or Danielson teacher evaluations forced on them. These evaluation programs are jokes. Every teacher despises and ridicules them. Teachers just want to be allowed to teach without having to do a dog and pony show when administrators enter the room to "evaluate" them. No teacher likes it when administrators are in the room because they know they are there to find any little thing to criticize.
