Just an observation, and it may save someone’s life a few weeks ago early morning, traveling east on Rt 83 the the fog was really heavy, visibility, was not more than 30, 40, feet, I, increased my following distance of the taillights ahead, oh my goodness as we came up to the new walking trail, 2 people, was walking across, and oh my, I, don’t see how they did not get hit by the 2 cars ahead, I, could barely we the illuminated red taillights ahead of me. Please, can the State or County, Township, put up a flashing amber light, to warn motorists, or does it take a death or deaths, to make it so
