It's kind of that man who strives to ease tensions between the police force and civilians, especially youths, by training civilians how to behave when interacting with police, but it's also a shame. Why should things have come to this when normal everyday civilians must be trained to interact with the police who are meant to protect us? The police are the paid professionals meant to uphold the law. They should be the ones receiving training on how to better interact with the civilians they are meant to protect.
