I'm just saying that if everyone would not take the shopping carts out or off the property of the supermarkets, then they wouldn' t have to use the lock mechanism. Sorry but there have been signs for years to not remove the cart from the premises,but those of you who have to walk to the store think it's your right to help yourself. Well it's not okay, it's private property and before you know it we won't have them to shop with because of folks like you, so thanks..
