If the county commissioners handle the contract negotiations like they handed out stipends ,the citizens of Cape May County should put their houses up for sale now and get out for a good price. I noticed a lot more stipends for employees who mostly worked at home during the pandemic. Most of those stipends work for a specific department who is very well connected to a certain commissioner go figure. I can't wait to see his raise.
