I sit at Reeds Beach a few times a week and eat lunch when the township dump truck shows up to change the trash bag in the can .How come for over 3 weeks now there is a big white tarp next to the can that they just leave there on the ground. Are we waiting for this to blow into the bay and kill more wildlife. It can't be too heavy there are multiple vehicles usually from the township sitting here hanging out.
