I heard from current Middle Township teachers that the district wants to get more students in the schools and boost low staff morale. Focus more on the gifted students. Stop burdening teachers with pointless paper/computer work and with unnecessary or excessive duties. Keep class sizes small, especially in the middle and high school. Offer more sections of honors and AP classes in the high school to reduce class sizes. Stop tolerating misbehaving students and back up the teachers. All MT schools should really offer more for the smart students.
