Middle Township government must think we are really gullible for them to continue to try to sell the proposed 340 home Ryan Homes development. There’s nothing “inherently beneficial” about it to anyone except Ryan Homes. Middle’s roads can’t handle anymore traffic. This will drive up sewer and water rates too. 340 new homes will only increase our taxes. More ratables= higher taxes not lower taxes. The State needs to investigate everything about this proposed development and lawyers need to review the actions of township officials.
