A family member lived his whole childhood and adult life at Southern New Jersey. After retiring they went to West Virginia, in the backwoods area. Being there a short while, and having bears on the property, he decided to get a hand gun carry permit, had to have breakfast with the local sheriff, after short while and many questions, the officer signed his application, and ended by saying hope you kept leaving any liberal ways back at Jersey.
