Every week, I can log on to the Herald website and find at least 3-5 people I attended high school with that were arrested for drugs; I am 24 years old. Our prosecutor and mayors have gone public with the startling statistics of drug arrests and drug overdoses/fatalities, but this number is only the portion of people that have been arrested or fatally harmed - this does not even begin to represent the reality of the drug problem in Cape May County. There needs to be more police on the roads, approved overtime for them (I'll gladly pay more tax to allow this), and a way to get people help.
