The Dias Creek spouter who complained about nepotism is right. The problem is it is human nature to want to take care of your own and we have to face that reality. I'm not saying it's right, just a reality. The problem is with family working for family is everyone gets comfortable and rules will be broken. This is a human instinct and the harsh reality is that it will never go away. We would be happy just to see this big family perform their duties and have a good work ethic. The biggest problem I see is with the court system and police with their bias if you are not part of this family.
