To the county freeholders: Thank you for looking after our military personnel. It's about time something was done so they're not getting ripped off by taxi drivers. This is long overdue. For the taxi drivers crying foul, shame on you. All operate the same way. Unsafe taxis, dirty vehicles, no meters, overpriced and drivers with criminal backgrounds. Why do they have permits in certain towns? Who inspects the taxis? Which towns look the other way? Time to hold these towns accountable for their permits.
