Can the county emergency response agencies please stop "parading" every sports organization into their municipality? The use of emergency vehicles, lights, and sirens is not a valid reason to conduct a parade for every sports win or championship. Its honestly creating a "boy who cried wolf" situation of when people ignore emergency lights as it isn't a true emergency and is just another sports team coming home. There are laws and using emergency lights for bringing home a kids sports team isn't a legal reason. Be happy the State Police have turned a blind eye- for now.
Moderator's Note: You may be the lone 'wolf' in this complaint. The moderator loves to see those parades come down the street. Then again, people may feel as you do. Celebrating wins for the kids' teams is heartwarming.
