Word on the street is a 290 seat restaurant at the marina site in Avalon Manor is being proposed to Middle Township. All I can say is, worst idea ever! The list of concerns as follows: One road in & out, no sidewalks, one stop sign, one blinking traffic light, heavy traffic during summer season, safety of children, drinking & driving, enforcing speed limits, sanitation (RATS), effects on environment, no parking, emergency service access. If you have ever been to Avalon Manor you would agree; a 290 seat restaurant at the marina is the WORST IDEA EVER! Help Stop Avalon Marina Development!
