Article in the Herald says there was confusion over how federal funds could be used. Well the county didn’t use the funds received by them to do anything to reduce our taxes or keep them the same. They gave out thousands of dollars worth of raises to family and friends instead of keeping the taxpayers rates down. They even kept the library tax high with the libraries being closed but promoted and gave those employees who sat home raises. When are they going to think of the taxpayers not just family and friends?
