American children live in foreign countries with their soldier parents, with some attending local schools. American children of corporate parents live in foreign countries and attend foreign schools. American children of embassy employees live in foreign countries and attend foreign schools. Why can't American children of the undocumented live in a country foreign to them with their parents? How is that impossible to comprehend?
