With all the things going on in Rio Grande, why are police sitting in police cruisers at places like the firehouse and the parking lot where the stores are closed, talking side by side. Put these cruisers where the crimes are happening, move them around a little, show a stronger presence where its needed. Most people in this township think that someone who is older and more experienced should be the chief.
